Family Fitness – Mountain House
ETA’s Family Fitness – Mountain House (OPEN THIS WINTER) caters to families and youth, but offers a larger fitness training area. Our Family Fitness location promotes a healthy and happy fitness experience for the entire family. Like our FitnessXpress, our Family Fitness – Mountain House location boasts 4,000 square feet of fitness and cardio, along with a beautiful 1,200 square foot classroom for an amazing fitness Xperience! 1-on-1 Personal Training
You and your desired trainer will have 50-minute training sessions focusing on all of your goals. This will include nutrition sessions which will help you design a personalized eating program (upon your request), along with your specific-type workout regimen. This is a Weight-Based Group Fitness program. Classes are major muscle groups are worked. The focus towards Muscle Endurance using several repetitions with choreographed music.
You and a few friends, co-workers, neighbors or open class work together with a personal trainer in a 50-minute full-body circuit training program that focuses on group determined goals. Have fun with the battle rope, get athletic on our turf field, weight training, group challenges and much more! If you get more work done with people around you then this program is designed for you!
Have you ever thought about competing on stage? This is for you bodybuilder, figure/fitness/bikini competitors. We will educate, critique, analyze progress, motivate and offer you every tool necessary to be prepared come competition day! Off-season/on-season diet and training regimens, posing practice and contest preparation. Being in tip-top-shape at the right time is the most difficult part and most important aspect of winning competitions. ETA has the experience and knowledge to get you there!
For those of you early risers ETA is offering a 5 AM, 6AM, and 9AM boot-camp class! If you are the busy hard worker that doesn’t “have the time” this class is for you. It is a 50-minute full body heart pumping, calorie burning quick program. Get up a little earlier and don’t be afraid of change. If you want to increase your energy, be more productive, work in a team/group environment than this is the best choice for you!
We prefer to keep our classes personalized having a maximum of 6 users interacting in a 50-minute body-weight suspension training workout. From the beginning user to a professional athlete will be challenged using the TRX. Focusing on balance, core strength, flexibility, and high intensity-heart pumping explosion training.
